Contact us about Artificial Intelligence

Whether you have a specific project in mind or just want to explore what machine learning could do for your business, we are happy to talk. No sales pressure, no jargon.

How to reach us

Our office is in Roweworth, Scotland. We work with clients across the UK and occasionally in mainland Europe. Most initial conversations happen over video call, but you are welcome to visit in person if you prefer.

Send us a message

Fill in the form below and we will get back to you within one working day. If your enquiry is urgent, call us directly.

What happens after you get in touch

We follow a straightforward process for every new enquiry. There are no automated replies or chatbot loops. A real person reads your message and responds.

1. Initial reply

Within one working day, you will hear from one of our engineers. We will ask a few clarifying questions about your data, your current systems, and the outcome you are hoping for. This exchange usually takes two or three emails.

2. Discovery call

We schedule a 45-minute video call to walk through your problem in detail. By the end of the call, we will have a rough idea of whether AI is the right fit and which approach makes sense. There is no charge for this call.

3. Proposal

If both sides want to proceed, we send a written proposal within five working days. It includes a fixed price for the discovery phase, estimated timeline, and a clear description of what you will receive at the end.

4. Discovery phase

This is where we audit your data, test feasibility, and define the success metrics. It typically lasts two weeks. At the end you get a written report with our recommendation, whether or not you continue with us.

Frequently asked questions

These come up in almost every initial conversation. If your question is not here, just ask.

Do I need a large dataset to use AI?

It depends on the task. Some NLP models can be fine-tuned with a few hundred labelled examples. A demand-forecasting model usually needs at least 18 months of historical data to produce reliable predictions. During the discovery phase we assess whether your dataset is sufficient, and if not, we suggest practical ways to collect more before starting a build.

How much does a typical project cost?

The discovery phase is priced between £2,500 and £5,000 depending on complexity. Full model builds range from £12,000 for a straightforward classification system to £60,000 or more for multi-model pipelines with real-time inference. We quote fixed prices after discovery, so there are no surprise bills.

Will my data leave the UK?

Not unless you want it to. We default to UK-based cloud infrastructure and can also train models on your own on-premise hardware. If your compliance requirements demand it, we work entirely within your network and never transfer data externally.

What if AI turns out to be the wrong approach?

We tell you. About 20% of the enquiries we receive end with us recommending a simpler solution: a rule-based script, a better database query, or an off-the-shelf tool. You pay only for the discovery audit in that case, and you get a written report explaining why AI was not the best fit and what alternatives we suggest.

Do you offer ongoing support after deployment?

Every project includes 90 days of post-deployment support at no extra cost. After that, we offer monthly retainer plans starting at £800 per month, which cover model monitoring, retraining on new data, and priority bug fixes. Most clients stay on a retainer because models need periodic updates as their data distribution shifts.
